1. About Our Shop
laserforge.studio is an online shop selling handmade, made-to-order wooden storage organisers for miniature wargaming hobbyists. Every product is designed and manufactured by us — we are the sole designer, craftsman and seller.
The shop is governed by Polish law and EU consumer protection regulations. Consumers residing in other EU member states also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
2. Made-to-Order Products — Important Notice
⚠️ ALL products in this shop are manufactured exclusively to your individual order. Production begins only after an order is placed and paid for. By placing an order you confirm you have read and understood this notice.
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to any order placed at laserforge.studio — in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
This means:
- We cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
- Cancellations after payment are not possible once production has started.
- You retain full rights in respect of defects and non-conformity with the contract (see Section 8).
You will be asked to confirm this before completing your purchase.
3. Products
Our products are handmade from: natural wood, plywood, MDF, magnetic steel sheet, neodymium magnets (permanently set in laser-cut openings and secured with adhesive), and carrying tape.
Safety notices:
- Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
- Products contain permanently embedded neodymium magnets. Do not store next to bank cards, magnetic media or implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemakers).
- Natural wood characteristics — grain patterns, knots and colour variation — are features of the material, not defects.
- Preview images are illustrative. Each handmade piece is unique and may differ slightly from photographs.
Prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
The estimated production time for each product is stated on its product page. As all items are handmade to order, production times are estimates only. During periods of high order volume, production may take longer than stated. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by e-mail. By placing an order you accept that production times are not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property
All product designs, patterns and artwork are original works of GAMETECH Łukasz Kundys and are protected under Polish and EU copyright law.
Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer any copyright, design rights or licence.
You may not reproduce, copy or use our designs for commercial purposes without our written consent. For licensing enquiries: contact@laserforge.studio

8. Complaints
We are liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from the date of delivery (Consumer rights under Polish law).
Valid grounds for complaint:
- Product does not match your order specifications (wrong dimensions, missing element, incorrect engraving).
- Manufacturing defect: cracked element, delaminating plywood, magnet becoming loose due to a production fault.
- Product fails to meet basic functional requirements.
Not grounds for complaint:
- Natural wood characteristics (grain, knots, colour variation).
- Minor visual differences from preview images — each piece is unique.
- Damage caused after delivery.
How to complain: e-mail contact@laserforge.studio with your order number, description and photographs. We will respond within 14 days. No response within 14 days = complaint accepted.
Where a complaint is upheld, you may choose: repair, replacement, price reduction, or (for significant defects) a full refund.
9. Sole Traders Acting as Consumers
Since 1 January 2021, natural persons conducting business activity (sole traders) who purchase goods through the shop for purposes that are not exclusively professional in nature enjoy the same consumer rights as private individuals — in particular regarding complaints and returns. The seller will comply with all additional information obligations applicable in such cases.
10. Business Customers (B2B)
Orders from businesses that are not consumers or sole traders acting in a non-professional capacity are not subject to consumer protection legislation (no right of withdrawal, no statutory warranty). Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over our registered address.
11. Technical Requirements

- JavaScript enabled

- For card payments: a payment card supported by Autopay S.A.
We do not provide or support any dedicated software or application. The shop operates entirely through a standard web browser.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Polish Trade Inspection Authority for mediation. We consent to alternative dispute resolution.
13. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication. Orders placed before the change are governed by the previous version.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. In matters not covered here, the Polish Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act apply.
14. Personal Data
The data controller for personal data provided by the buyer when using the shop is the Seller (GAMETECH Łukasz Kundys). Detailed information on data processing — including other purposes and legal bases for processing, as well as data recipients — is available in the Privacy & Cookie Policy published on the shop website, in accordance with the transparency principle of the GDPR.
The purpose of processing the buyer's personal data, as provided in connection with purchases in the shop, is order fulfilment. The legal bases for processing are: the sales contract or pre-contractual steps taken at the buyer's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the seller's legal accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); and the seller's legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing or defending potential legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
